At Ocean Blue Heliopolis, we strive to provide our clients with a smooth and transparent real estate experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand when and how refunds may apply

Once a property sale agreement has been signed and a payment (deposit or full amount) has been made, the payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed contract between Ocean Blue Heliopolis and the client. Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions: • If the property purchased becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the client’s control and not related to any breach of contract. • If Ocean Blue Heliopolis cancels or withdraws a property listing after receiving a payment. • If both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the sale and refund the payment. All refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days after the refund request is approved and will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

For rental bookings or property leasing managed by Ocean Blue Heliopolis: • Refunds are only available before the lease start date, and are subject to administrative deductions. • Once the lease period has begun or the tenant has occupied the property, no refunds will be issued.

Consultation, administrative, and service fees are non-refundable once services have been provided or documents have been processed.
