1. Property Sales<\/a><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Once a property sale agreement has been signed and a payment (deposit or full amount) has been made, the payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed contract between Ocean Blue Heliopolis and the client.\nRefunds may only be issued under the following conditions:\n\u2022\tIf the property purchased becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the client\u2019s control and not related to any breach of contract.\n\u2022\tIf Ocean Blue Heliopolis cancels or withdraws a property listing after receiving a payment.\n\u2022\tIf both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the sale and refund the payment.\nAll refunds will be processed within 14\u201330 working days after the refund request is approved and will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
